end of life
I’m a trained death doula. Whether it’s face-to-face or from across the country, I can guide you through the tough conversations, flipping the script on how we show up and the perspective on death and dying. It’s about thoughtful planning, being present (even if it means remotely) and navigating precious end-of-life moments—no matter where or how we connect.
time matters
I help people prepare for the things we don’t want to think about until we're in full-blown crisis—like when we've been hit with a terminal diagnosis or someone we love is at the end of their life.
If this diagnosis is for you, together, we get into the nitty gritty: how you want to be cared for, where you’ll spend your final days, who’ll be with you, and even down to the details of what fabrics you want for your blankets, the lighting in your room, and who you’d prefer (or not prefer) to visit you - the non-legal stuff. Let’s be real—there’s little room for B.S. at this stage.
Or maybe someone you love has been diagnosed, is nearing end of life and you want to show up the best possible way, thoughtful and present - I can teach you how.
But there’s more, and this is the tip of the iceberg—the deep stuff: regrets, unfinished business, guilt, or shame, I help you work through it. In a no-nonsense way. Often these things need to be cleared.
Let’s be honest—shame is heavy, and nobody needs to be carrying that into their next life. I’m here to help you give it some air, because a transition from this life with peace makes all the difference.
And for those we leave behind? We can work on a legacy project together or I can give you ideas to work on alongside your loved one so there’s something tangible that shows the story of time here—the good, the bad, the complicated. And, with input I can help ensure a funeral or memorial is handled thoughtfully and with intention. Whether it’s choosing the right flowers, music, who is reading and speaking - there are lots of options to make it truly memorable and finely tuned for you, for your loved ones because the time here mattered.
